“We have enjoyed several visits to Smoky High House the last few years and this was the best one yet. We live close by and love to have long weekends with the family. No other cabin comes close to fitting our needs better than this amazing place. Separate floor king size bedrooms and baths are so convenient for traveling with our adult children and grandchildren. The new bunk bed was a huge hit!! The kitchen is very well stocked and the whole place is super clean and comfortable! So many thoughtful little touches make it feel like home. This was our first time here with an infant and we loved having the high chair, gates and pack and play. If you are reading this and trying to decide if this is the place you want to stay , trust me the answer is YES!”

"When my kids were unexpectedly moved to e-learning for 2 weeks after Thanksgiving, our friends Kristen and Grant suggested that we spend part of our time at their cabin in TN. I was hesitant at first, e-learning required our 3 kids to be on their computers "real time" for the majority of the school day. Kristen and Grant assured us that the wi-fi at Smoky Mountain House was up to the task ;) So we decided a little time out in the mountains might do us all some good! The cabin is very easy to get to with google maps- even in the dark when we arrived. Parking was a breeze on the flat driveway, with room to spare. I was sad that we couldn't see the view since we arrived since it was after dark, but the next morning did not disappoint. The cabin was beautiful when we walked in. We've stayed at many Airbnb/Vrbo properties and this one is meticulously maintained. The next morning the kids were able to join/login to their classes seamlessly, while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the porch with the mountain views. The kids even enjoyed the hot tub during school break time! There is the cutest coffee shop at the bottom of the mountain that we stopped by one morning and it's an easy drive to Pigeon Forge for more dining options and entertainment (we enjoyed The Island and mountain coasters on our visit). The set up of the cabin is perfect for a family get together or friends vacationing together. We are already planning our trip back to Smoky Mountain High!"

“We have stayed at several cabins in Pigeon Forge but nothing like this one! It gets 10 stars!!! It was by far the cleanest and well equipped. We did not have to worry about anything and it had all the special touches for us! We can’t wait to come back and bring the kids!”

“When we unlocked the door and stepped inside Smokey High House, MJ and I stopped in our tracks right there in the doorway. The house was so clean—it shined, literally! And then we noticed the views. Spectacular, from every angle! The rocking chairs on the porch were ideal for enjoying morning coffee, marveling at the ever-changing cloud formations on the mountain tops, or just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The 3 king bedrooms, each with an en suite and very comfortable beds, we’re perfect for the 6 of us.”

"We have stayed here for 3 of the last 4 years & have never been disappointed. So much room for everyone to spread out & one of the best views around. Thanks to the new owners for cutting back some trees to make the view even better. My personal favorite is rocking on the deck enjoying the peace & quiet. This year we saw a bear right from the porch..twice. We look forward to coming back."

"This was a WONDERFUL experience. I enjoyed every aspect of this location. There was plenty of room for our group. The kids loved the theater so much they ended up sleeping in there every night instead of on the SEVERAL beds available on the bottom 2 levels. Everyone kept saying over and over how beautiful the property was. It was double our expectations. We will definitely be back to the same property in the future. It was a movie experience. We were thinking we should come back for the holidays and create our own hallmark movie. LOL. Thanks so much for such an amazing experience!!!"

“Gorgeous cabin…honestly we called it a “cabin” with air quotes all weekend because it’s huge! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved it. Also, this sounds small but it’s not: the driveway is flat, which made unloading and parking a breeze. We noticed most houses in the area included steep driveways and tight spots so we were grateful to not have to deal with that.”
